I can’t see anything! What’s wrong?
You probably don’t have the latest version of Flash Player installed. The online demo uses full screen feature which needs at least Flash 9 to work.

The video is slow, stutters or is costantly loading. Why?
If the video stutters, it’s because your computer has not enough power to display a constant image flow and tries to skip some frames to keep in sync. Try disabling the smoothing filter in the right click menu and use a low definition video to optimize the playback.

Loading times depend on both server and client connections. Check if you have enough bandwidth of your hosting company and internet service provider.

Can I use FLV player Lite Free for personal projects?
Yes you can use the free version for every kind of personal project, but we are not responsible of any illegal content provided through this video player.

How can I customize my video player?
You can customize everything. Even if you don’t like the integrated interface, you can hide it and build your own. Read the documentation for further info.

I have downloaded FLV player Lite, but it doesn’t work on my computer. Why?
For security reasons Flash cannot access local files if published for online use. Once files are uploaded online, everything should work properly. A stand alone version of FLV player Lite for local playback is under development.
