In the last weeks FLV player Lite has become more and more popular and I’m glad to see that my idea worked fine and was welcomed by the majority of those who bought this player. However a few people were complaining about the lack of features, let’s clear things up about this.

This player was meant to be this way on purpose. It’s called “Lite” because it should be clean, lightweight and easy to use. There’s already a lot of player out there with tons of features, I know that… I always knew that.

Though, I do care about the feedbacks and complains. That’s why I’m already working on a new, parallel version of the player written in AS 3.0 which will contain all missed features and should, hopefully, be cutting edge compared to other players.

As a reward for those who already bought FLV player Lite, I’ll send a copy of this new player for free. If you are planning to buy it you can do it at any time and you’ll get the new player as soon it’s published also for free.  There’s no ETA for now as I’m having little health troubles in these days and can’t work on it, but I’ll publish soon a beta version.

Though, it won’t replace the existing version but it will be provided as an advanced version meant to satisfy hardcore users who need features which aren’t now included in the current player.
